Standard (Monthly)
500 rows/month download cap per subscription

Standard (Annual)
5,000 rows/month download cap per subscription
- Full access to all MediRate features
- Data export functionality
- Add users: $2,000/year per user. Charges are prorated based on remaining days in your subscription period.
Premium (Annual)
20,000 rows/month download cap per subscription
- Full access to all MediRate features
- Data export functionality
- Add users: $2,000/year per user. Charges are prorated based on remaining days in your subscription period.
All Plans Include
- Access to payment rate data for 50 states and the District of Columbia
- Access to MediRate's comprehensive reimbursement rate database and tracking tools including:
- Historical payment rate data
- Multi-state rate comparisons
- Provider bulletins and other payment rate-related communications
- Reimbursement-related legislative activity
- Customizable email alerts for real-time updates on topics and states of your choice
- Data Export Functionality: Export data from State Rate pages, Rate Developments, and all available modules. Monthly download limits are automatically enforced based on your plan tier. Limits reset on your organization's billing cycle date.
- Scalable User Management: Add users to your subscription at any time. Additional users are charged at $2,000/year (Standard) or $2,000/year (Premium) per user. If added mid-cycle, charges are automatically prorated based on the remaining days in your subscription period. Subscription Manager role does not count toward user limits.
MediRate User Types & Subscription Structure
MediRate offers three user types:
- Subscription Manager: Manages billing and user access only (cannot use application features, does not count toward user limit)
- Primary User: Full access to application features and can manage users (counts as one user seat)
- Sub User: Full access to application features (managed by Subscription Manager or Primary User, counts as one user seat)
Per-User (Seat-Based) Pricing:
MediRate uses a per-user pricing model that scales with your organization. Each user (Primary User or Sub User) is charged based on the selected plan tier. You can add users to your subscription at any time, with charges prorated based on remaining days in your billing term.
- Standard (Annual): Additional users at $2,000/year per user. If added mid-cycle, charges are prorated based on remaining days in your subscription period.
- Premium (Annual): Additional users at $2,000/year per user. If added mid-cycle, charges are prorated based on remaining days in your subscription period.
- Subscription Manager role does not count toward user limits or charges
- No hard limit on number of users - scale as needed
Download Limits & Export Functionality:
All users have access to data export functionality across all modules (State Rate pages, Rate Developments, Legislative updates, etc.). Monthly download limits are automatically enforced based on your plan tier and reset on your organization's billing cycle date.
- Each successful export deducts the row count from your monthly quota
- Limits are per-user and reset automatically on billing cycle date
- If you reach your monthly cap, contact support@medirate.net for assistance
💡 Recommendation: If you need a dedicated billing manager who won't use the application, choose Subscription Manager. If you want to use the application yourself and manage others, choose Primary User. And if you want to be a Sub User under an active subscription, contact your Subscription Manager/Primary User and ask them to add your email under Settings.
